Typography is so important. Two key things to watch for when adjusting line-height are ascenders and descenders that extend beyond the x height. If line-height or leading is two tight, ascenders and descenders can touch and cause an overlap which looks unprofessional. Some type faces have exaggerated lengths of ascenders and descenders such as Brandon Grotesque. Designers need to keep this in mind when choosing typefaces for a corporate brand.
