Proper break from work will definitely rejuvenate employees and it has positive impact on their morale and productivity. It is important to have a proper leave policy in accordance with the law. It is also challenged for department head to strike a balance of getting work done and allow employees to take leave. Proper planning of leave among employees will ensure that every employee will have break and department activities will not be affected.
