Note! Relationships should be mutually beneficial. Find out areas that are challenges for them or be a connector to someone who would help solve that challenge. Look for resources or videos that speak to it and simply send it to them. Know you can be a value add to anyone you connect with, it just takes some intentionality.

Wer einl?dt und mit einem Salespitch beginnt, hat keine Chancen. Nicht vergessen: Wir wollen durch Netzwerken eine Basis des gegenseitigen Unterstützens aufbauen, das muss nicht morgen oder übermorgen sein, oder überhaupt als Ziel. Wenn ich aber Interesse am Gegenüber zeige und aus dessen Beitr?ge reagiere, dann entsteht Gemeinschaft. Darum geht es.

We should celebrate more often no matter the size of the achievements. Working super hard to reach a goal only so we move on to the next one... Then our brain starts to fool us that we're not good enough, not doing enough ( imposter syndrome ) we all know too well. Pause, write down all your daily successes, and acknowledge your efforts and the efforts of others. In times of low motivation/self-esteem go back to your journal and see how much you've done.

Performance evaluation should show us our pros and cons. e.g. Lower results in Logistics area. Based on it, we should analyse what colleagues we should establish a better cooperation with. In other words to network with those colleagues.
