Smile and Confidence are two essentials to wear to enhance your appearance. A warm smile let other people know that you are welcoming and easy to work with. Confidence comes when you are just being "YOU", comfortable in your skin tone, attire and personality. Self-acceptance ignites some altogether different spark from within. Last, Dress according to your body type, not just to Fit-In or impress others.

Hire a photographer (or have someone else hold your phone) and take some shots that tell a story, and when you don't have access to a photographer or a friend, find an older photo that tells a story and put a few edits on it. You don't need a filter that makes you look like a ghost, but you need to consider the more you put into your content the more you'll get out of it.

I would like to add 2 things : 1. Choose and maintain your sitting and standing postures. Your posture also contributes to your appearance. 2. Follow a healthy diet and do regular exercise. It will help you stay fit and hence will boost your appearance.

Personal branding is about positioning and about storytelling. Positioning is about how you are different than someone else and how you set yourself apart as an individual with specific talents and gifts. Storytelling is about telling your own story. If you drop the idea that it's about "your brand," it's a lot easier to get into a comfortable place about telling your story. Positioning and storytelling is also about filtering and knowing your audience. Aspects of my story position me as a superpower. But, it's not always smart to reveal things that could trigger someone else. Not revealing my superpower doesn't diminish me from having it. I still get to use it and to be of service with that superpower. Know yourself and your audience.
