I have founds many fonts boring, and I will use that term because it is, everyone uses them. I would use a font which is modern and not the usual Times New Roman, nothing wrong with it, but it is very common. Modern fonts bring a bit of personality to the text as it is a new visual form, there are many typefaces which can be selected and they look very professional and modern, gives a brand an edge. I often love to refer to the New Yorker Magazine and their typeface which is unique to them and also timeless, giving them a design edge compared to other brands.

If you find the content difficult to keep up with yourself, simplify the structure, make sure there is imagery to break up all the text, make subheadings, break down complex topics, it makes everything simpler and allows readers/users/visitors an opportunity to enjoy the content or get the most amount of utility from it.
