Tout le monde n'est pas prêt à franchir le pas de la réalité virtuelle, mais cela peut se faire progressivement. On commence sur Miro ou Klaxoon, on finit sur Flight Simulator :) Plus sérieusement, je pense qu'il est important de bien conna?tre le niveau d'adoption ou de réticences avant de proposer des solutions de réalité virtuelle. L'utilisation doit être simple pour pouvoir embarquer le plus de monde possible. Pour l'instant, j'utilise des solutions intermédiaires, qui récréent de l'immersion sans proposer de casque VR (Personnellement, j'aime beaucoup gather.town, il n'y a pas besoin d'être fan de jeux vidéo pour comprendre comment utiliser l'app)

Les environnements VR créent plus d'immersion, et sont souvent plus à même de proposer une expérience similaire à la vraie vie, si leur utilisation reste simple. Cela permet aussi de ne pas multiplier les outils (par exemple Gather.town ou Workadventure plut?t que Miro + Teams). J'apprécie aussi le fait que certains environnements comme ceux cités ci-dessus permettent également de persister lorsque le meeting ou l'événement est fini. Il est possible pour les utilisateurs de revenir dans le lieu virtuel pour y trouver des informations, des docs, des vidéos etc. Les logiciels que je cite ne sont pas vraiment de la VR avec utilisation de casque, mais plut?t des solutions pour créer de l'interaction virtuelle.

Nous pouvons également chercher parmi les jeux déjà présents qui proposent de la VR, et qui se prêtent facilement au Team building. Je pense par exemple à Keep talking nobody explodes, qui est un jeu assez fort en team building, puisqu'il repose sur la confiance, la communication, la rapidité et la compréhension des consignes d'autrui.

Je crois qu'il faut vérifier que les utilisateurs soient prêts à franchir ce pas. Beaucoup sont encore réticents (le casque peut donner des maux de tête ou de c?ur, faire tourner la tête etc.) Il me semble qu'une veille est une étape nécessaire pour trouver la meilleure solution à proposer, car développer son propre environnement virtuel est très co?teux !
