Use tools like Miro or Google Jamboard when brainstorming or collaborating with colleagues. It allows everyone to actively participate at the same time and share their thoughts and by sharing your screen, everyone can see each other's contributions in real time. I like to think of it as a boardroom brainstorm on the whiteboard, except the online version.

Ask that everyone keep their cameras on so that the speaker can better assess how well the information is being received, and can ask for quick signals like a thumbs up for pulse checks. Use the 'raise hand' feature to keep responses and question delivery organized. Use emojis in the chat and reaction options (if applicable) to provide an interpersonal experience. Cuando estamos en estas reuniones estamos mas abiertos a encontrar opiniones diferentes a las nuestras, apuntamos todos los datos relevantes para poder optimizar la siguiente reunión, creo que los programas deberían tener donde poder marcar y guardar las preguntas de los demás integrantes de la reunión para poder profundizar en su respuesta posteriormente.
