Retrospectives are generally facilitated by the Scrum Masters who are also generally part of the agile team/feature team/squad/cross functional team. Scrum Masters are responsible and accountable for ensuring the Scrum process is implemented and followed appropriately by the team. The retrospective is expected to be a safe place where people can talk freely without anybody being blamed for their mistakes/errors and psychological safety is experienced by the team. Any conflicts which the team members face requires more discussions before it may be resolved. By facilitating dialogues and conversations, the Scrum Master ensures conflicts can be minimized. Follow-ups may be needed till the conflict is resolved.

Next, you should identify and analyze the conflicts that occurred during the sprint, and how they affected the team's performance, satisfaction, and relationships.
