Regression analysis can indeed help you. However, you need to be careful about the way the parameters you mentioned (temperature, pH and concentration) are varied in planning your experiments. You may want to consult the literature about Design of Experiments. It will help you conceptualize the way you can construct your design "matrix" depending on the levels of the variables you are interested in exploring. A proper design will help you minimize confounding. Depending on your resources, you can opt for factorial designs, fractional factorial designs, or D- or I-optimal designs. Upon applying a regression, you will have a model that predicts the outcome given your inputs. If you careful enough, you will have able to estimate the stderr.
