1 Pareto analysis

PDCA cycle is the fundamental concept of Continuous improvement. The "Act" stage in the PDCA cycle is the most important aspect after completing the process where we need to improve the process according to the data gathered from all the previous stages(Plan-Do-Check). Processes like KAIZEN and Design of Experiment in pharmaceuticals as well as the manufacturing industries are used PDCA for the improvement of p quality as well as productivity.

Quality tools work well in case of certainty. It assumes a pattern and trends to be analysed to reach for the final action. It is not always possible. The reason is uncertainty - that is beyond your expectations. The change of massive change in mission or vision will derail all milestones. For example reducing manpower drastically and changing the philosophy of X, earnest Twitter , by taking over by Elon Musk. Another example is waiting for consignment without a confirmed delivery date from Germany or other European countries. Many times the situation is different.
