Using problem-solving skills to enhance communication in your programming team starts with identifying the problem. As a eam lead, I often encourage team members to openly discuss issues they may be facing, whether it's related to project deadlines, task assignments, or general misunderstandings.

After identifying the problem, the next step is to analyze it. In my experience, we faced a situation where team members were often confused about project priorities.
