My speech was rated as one of the best speeches & it motivated the audience who inturn asked for my autograph. The story I shared was of my first job in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia selling encyclopedias by walking the streets of Jeddah in the hot scorching sun with temperature rising upto 45 degrees centigrade. Further company did not provide car,housing & worked on 100% commission ( No salary ). Also the hardships I went through to raise money to buy airticket.

You can have the most appealing slogans as company values or for your PR campaign but if the company leaders are not actually proofing by their actions in real life that they MEAN IT, sooner or later the truth will come to light. And with the modern technology and the speed of communication - the news travel fast and they hit companies hard. We have seen plenty of these bad examples lately. So it's a huge responsibility to pick vision and values for your PR campaign that you as a leader can actually back up with action that you truly believe in. If you truly believe in what you are "selling" in the PR campaign, it will not be hard to live it

By thinking of it as a cause-effect dynamic it becomes easier to set our metrics and see what kind of impact we're doing. It might also give us an opportunity to see things we didn't consider previously.
