I would like to show a different perspective here. Instead of giving Mock Interviews, take Mock Interviews of people. Yes you heard that right. You might have framed a fixed solution to a particular problem. While asking the question, you will expect the same answer, but when the Interviewee gives a different answer that you don't know, it challenges you to think if the provided solution is right or wrong. This will assess your real problem solving-skills more than the traditional method of giving mocks. Also you will get to know tons of different techniques of solving the same question, increasing your overall logic building skills and also help you be more confident during the Interviews, which is much necessary.

Mock Interview is that practice match which will give you confidence to do better in your actual interview. When you appear for mock interview you come to know about your strengths & weakness. And also what mistakes you are making during that interview. So consider mock interview a real interview & answer every question with honesty. And then seek for feedback on the same.

Recording answers and reviewing separately the audio and visual and then combining the two, allows you to assess verbal and non-verbal responses

Be cautious of not being over prepared. Why do I say this? As an interviewer at times, one can almost predict the answer to difficult questions. Interviewers also know the content that you are usibh for preparations. Preparation is good, but not at the cost of authenticity. Being a good match to the requirements of the job is better in the longer run than cracking an interview. Be yourself, and believe in yourself. You will do great in the longer run.

Instead of having mock interviews, I would suggest that you line up multiple interviews throughout the week putting the job you want the most towards the end of the week. For example if you have 3 interview requests you should have the least likable job on Monday, the 2nd option on Wednesday and the first option on Friday. Use the questions from Monday and Wednesday to better prepare for Friday. By Friday you would know if your strategy was effective if you made it to the next round of the prior jobs.

It is, however, good to keep in mind that there are things you can't account for given that it's not THE interview. If it's a friend or family member that's interviewing you, it's really hard to pretend it's the real thing. If you get stumped with a question, it's hard to tell how you might respond in the real interview.
