Storytelling is one of the important aspects for effectively letting the data speak for itself. Below are the few pointers to shine in that area: Audience: Identifying the end consumer of the BI Insights is an important way to start with. Based on that we can mould the way we are presenting the data or the kind of visual we are using to convey the message. Star Markers: We should always create some important data pointers which can easily present the overview of the kind of data and then a detailed report can be presented on top of it. Eg.Top 5 Products with Sales data. Keep it Simple: We should always try to keep dashboards simple & not be loaded with too much information. We can break it into smaller/segment wise dashboards.

Instead of telling a story, I'd start with success stories, how teams have used the data to improve a process, generate ROI, or saved x amount of time and empower others to do the same

Telling a story effectively doesn't have to be complicated; a straightforward email with clear analytics, including key takeaways, can grab business attention

Ask data and other tools are available with various vendors where you can use NLP to analyze data, the only problem here is BI users are not tech savvy, they tend to always ask for data over email vs. getting it themsleves

Based on my 15 years of experience, implementing BI as the process of business workflow can gain amazing results, for ex: train leaders to use the BI dashboard as part of performance reviews, that way you have BI data used for performance reviews, and since users start using/viewing the data they will come up with other use cases. Also, make sure to run utilization and spend time with the users that are using the data and help them with various tools, In the same way with other users that are accessing, use different techniques as I discussed above to get them to use dashboards and gain insights
