And both are secure, meaning that they can protect data and transactions from unauthorized access and attacks. Java is vast and major programming language widely used across the industry. Java certainly can be used with cloud computing. Let's take example of spring Boot applications in Java. 1) Spring Boot applications can be deployed directly on cloud virtual machines 2) Spring Boot apps can be packaged as containers to be deployed on cloud services. 3)You can also deploy Java code on Cloud serverless services to avoid the undifferentiated heavy lifting of the infrastructure.

There are many cloud platforms that support Java development and deployment, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. AWS provides services for Java developers, like Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB. Additionally, AWS has tools and frameworks like AWS SDK, AWS Toolkit, AWS CodeStar, and AWS Amplify. In my experience of AWS, following are the key AWS services which provide a great support for Java application development and deployment. 1) AWS App Runner - a service which helps you deploy and scale from your source code or container image to a secure web application on AWS. 2) Amazon ECS - provides a fully managed container service solution that's easy to use, scalable, secure, and reliable. 3) Amazon EKS - a managed Kubernetes service to run Kubernetes in the AWS cloud and on-premises data centers. AWS also provides Java SDK for interacting with AWS APIs. Java provided JDBC which allows application to connect to Cloud database easily and reliably.

Combination of Spring Boot + lambda + Oracle DB lakes connection pooling features when using cold starts. I think if RDS proxy starts supporting Oracle then this problem can be fully solved.
