I am a big proponent of using tools to enhance my coaching skills and practice but I am also the first to caution others who rely too much on the latest and greatest tool and overlook the proven #1 best tool... your brain. In laymen's terms, tools are great but only as great as the one using them. Don't become a coach with a big toolbox. This is the equivalent of professional hoarding. Instead, seek a tool or two that can enhance your own unique style and compliment it, not take it over.
