One thing i have found is that we have to be polite and listen to audiense also.Respect their saying and be patience with them.

En cada interacción con un cliente debemos tener en mente que ese cliente acude a nosotros por una necesidad y el deseo de satisfacer esa necesidad, la empatía es la habilidad blanda más importante en el servicio al cliente, nos ayuda a alinearnos con el cliente y nos enfoca en sus necesidades.

In my experience, I always want to be hyper-aware of the situation when speaking to prospects. If I make a comment and there is silence instead of immediate reaction. I may follow up with: “have you seen?….” Or “sorry, too cheesy? Maybe I’m too nerdy” they make get a laugh out of that or follow up more. My thing is, not to say anything I can’t backup.

Yo creo que el buen humor va de la mano con estar relajado. Cuando tenemos un exceso de tareas y responsabilidades, el buen humor no fluye y por lo tanto no podemos tener buena química comercial con nuestros clientes.
