The most educated know there is so much to learn. Similarly, A good speaker while being confident on their abilities is always wanting to improve and take their presentation to the next level. When you're presenting- Think you're the best, but, once the speech gets over, think you need a lot of improvement. By this way, You can present to the best of your abilities and learn as much as you can at the same time. To give you another example, Once, when Manchester United, a famous football club won the famous EPL, On the same night, they were discussing what they need to improve on in the following season. Similarly, We need to look for improvement as well not only when we have lost, but, especially, when we have achieved something big.

We can collect feedback via survey forms. For eg: A survey form that has the participants' name, email address, rating out of 10 is a good form to have. Secondly, At the end of the session, You can also invite participants to share their feedback by video. Another indirect feedback pointer is how much participants are engaged with you via chat/audio. For eg: If you give them a task like, 'If you agree that Linkedin is the hottest social media platform, Drop a 'like', if not, comment your favorite platform' , then, see what % of the audience is does the same. If they engage, great. But, if not, then, You need to try different tools like poems, figures of speech, stories, data pointers, etc to connect with them emotionally.
