Feedback, critiques, constructive criticisms are vital tools to produce exactly what your clients envisioned in their minds. It's not always a challenge per se, sometimes they may want something you can produce in 30-1hr and they're absolutely thrilled with it, but in order to secure that strong client base and to keep them coming back for future work you have to be able to jump in their minds a bit and kinda pluck out or mentally screenshot these ideas that they have, and if they offer feedback you must understand that it's not about YOU. Its a job it's WORK...as fun as it may be. To summarize, I guess I would add that feedback and constructive criticisms will only help if a team is really open and secure enough to hear it.
