Recuerdo en una experiencia laboral en donde el canal de comunicación como conductor de visualizar los datos que se presentaban en el antes, durante y después a través de fomatos disrruptivos ayudo a agilizar y adaptar a los integrantes del sistema, poniendo voz (diferentes estilos) y narrativas incluyente en donde la participación incremento en la mayoría de los grupos o intereses previamente identificadas.

Medir motiva y moviliza. Considero importante que a la hora de crear indicadores con propósito, busquemos estar alineados a los indicadores y herramientas de medición existentes. Algunas veces cuando te das cuenta, cada consultora o cada área tiene su propio tablero y un trabajador tiene que manejar más de diez estilos o medir lo mismo pero de manera diferente o reportarlo diferente y en ese sentido se rompe el objetivo de agilidad. Siempre hay que partir de lo que hay y procurar que sea tan fácil de utilizar y de entender que genere la menor carga de trabajo y el mayor impacto hacia la estrategia.
