Sometimes getting more data comes at a cost of either time, money, or a bad UX. I believe it's the onus of the interpreter to represent the data in the format depending on the stakeholder involved. For eg, a feature that improves conversion, but increases CAC. The increased conversions sells itself to growth teams. But, the right way to present it to the finance team might be how one is able to get a higher LTV with the same feature. All this should be done while navigating we don't fall into over-analysing, & using qualitative data fills the gaps left by its quantitative counterpart. Data is your ally, but it's not infallible. Embrace its limitations, supplementing quantitative data with qualitative insights to chart a course to success
