If you need to devise a face-to-face programme when most in that area are online, because that is your professional strength, check there is demand for that format, and exploit gaps. If your format expertise is not in demand, get support to help you to develop your skills and expertise in another format before you start work - there are very different pedagogical strategies for each one.
