Recently, in many frameworks, flow metrics have become popular. The shift towards flow metrics clearly emphasizes the need of the hour for a continuous flow of work, which is best suited for certain industries and products. Flow metrics encompass key indicators like cycle time, lead time, throughput, and work in progress (WIP), offering insights into workflow dynamics. Analyze team maturity and system support for the above.
