For example, some folks are more a-to-b decision makers (Kohlberg value-based decision-making) and prefer communication that is based on justice, hierarchy, and rules while others are relational (Gilligan value-based decision-making) where communication that considers the impacts of the topics on impacted key constituents is needed to properly receive and digest what is being said and why. If you are building a deck, use the principle of ICM - Intent-Content-Message for structuring each slide. The header should be your INTENT. I suggest using Creative Commons or paid versions of tools like Canva to search for powerful pictures for using in my slides. Many times, my slides contain an evocative picture with just a line or two. The rest of it follows the playbook - narrate an incident reflecting your visual - Delve on the message and explain the concept - Summarise and seek takeaways from audience. You can also use the Designer option in Powerpoint to creatively render your content on a slide. A picture is indeed more powerful than a 1000 words. Use this power!

With the reality that we have a new majority (women, people of color, neuro-diversity, etc.) in the workforce and on the planet who are under-represented and yet have an expectation of inclusion and yet face a lack of diversity in many rooms, it's important to consider how ML+AI can help with 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:many communication.
