A la hora de identificar las necesidades de formación de los empleados de una compa?ía, ya sea utilizando la metodología BPR u otra, es muy interesante hacer un estudio previo sobre los planes de gestión de carrera de los empleados, teniendo en cuenta los roles para los que han de prepararse, y de esta manera cualificarles en las competencias necesarias para el correcto desempe?o de ese rol. De esta manera, la organización se asegura que los empleados sean competentes en las áreas que la empresa necesita para su desarrollo. Una herramienta muy poderosa que da una información muy valiosa de cara a la identificación de necesidades de formación y que además las vincula con el deseo de desarrollo del profesional es la Marca Personal.

Un aspecto importante para utilizar BPR, es determinar desde el inicio qué tipo de personas necesita tu negocio o quieres contratar: si alguien con estudios mínimos e ir formándole tú o alguien con una amplia trayectoria laboral y experiencia. De las dos formas, hay que tener a los empleados formados, ya que en muchas empresas es necesario estar actualizado a diario, como en el ámbito de la asesoría fiscal, compa?ías de seguros, veterinarios, etc. Es necesario igualmente, detectar destrezas y puntos débiles para poder curbrir las necesidades de los empleados, ya que a unos se les dará mejor una cosa y a otros otra, pero todos tienen que estar formados y direccionados en lo que la empresa necesita.

Si tus empleados resultan absorber bien la formación y consiguen desenvolverse con normalidad en sus nuevas funciones, es que la formación ha dado sus frutos y esos empleados pueden seguir formándose sin ningún problema. La formación debe de estar adaptada a las necesidades de la empresa y no ser algo simplemente generalizado, ya que cada negocio tiene necesidades independientes.

Hoy en día yo realizo un curso especializado que me ha pagado mi empresa para poder especializarme más, creo que estoy aprendiendo destrezas y cubriendo lagunas que llevaba meses conmigo. Luego, necesitaré poder ponerlo en práctica para que la empresa evalúe los resultados.
