Be very conservative in the use of bolding and italics. Don't go over the top. A component of a successful resume is not just the content, it's the visual appeal. Does the resume entice a read. I don't bold the full name of my clients. I just bold the first name because it would be easy for recruiters to recognize your first name, easily. Like in Japanese name, first name appears last in the full name.
