This ensures your product development focuses on features and functionalities that truly matter to your customers, setting you apart from competitors who might be guessing at customer preferences.

The SOPs and Quality Processes that ensures it's top down approach to ensure product quality and consistency backed by R&D and speed to respond on any gaps with clear CAPA.

Throughout my career in product development, I have had the opportunity to learn and apply how the Toyota Development System applies basic engineering concepts to design and develop robust processes and products. The key phase in this process is "Kentou", where engineers from both design, product, and process disciplines come together to discuss and agree on the best approach. This is what we call concurrent engineering. I believe this is one of the pillars of success in Toyota products.

Nothing beats than sitting and observing how the users (current of simulated future users ) use your product. Their speed, accuracy, flow, expectation all if recorded and fed back into the product ..will make to a top quality one…

Por fim vem a pesquisa de mercado para a melhoria continua de processo e design do produto.
