Actually I disagree with manual mapping of network drives. I suggest it to do with GPO. Mapping network drives with GPO simplifies administration by centrally managing drive mappings for multiple users or computers in an Active Directory domain. It enhances security, offers flexible configuration options, and automatically restores mappings if removed.

Quiero brindar dos consejos AL USUARIO Llame a su IT para notificar su falla porque si el problema es de la parte de tecnología por alguna falla y como usuario usted no puede actuar por lo que debe esperar las indicaciones que le recomiende su IT. AL DE TECNOLOGIA Si es posible, debe ir al lugar donde está el equipo, tuve la experiencia que un usuario reporto que no podía acceder a su unidad de red, y dijo que habían caído los servidores! revisé y todo estaba bien, fui a donde estaba el equipo y el problema fue que el usuario había movido el equipo y estaba presionado el cable de red tanto que se había aflojado y por eso perdió la conexión! En resumen verifique las conexiones físicas antes de realizar pruebas de más dificultad!
