One thing I have found helpful in identifying if you are ready for your next role /promotion is self directed learning. Logistics and supply chain are a huge global industry. But also many roles are incredibly demanding, if you have mastered your core competencies and are actively researching your next step then I would encourage you to identify the skill shortages you need to improve toward that next step, then once you have a degree of knowledge in what you will need to do just go and find someway to do it. A significant percentage of logistics is learnt on the job so just go do it. Many good employers know they can teach skills but not attitude, if you are passionate it shows.
