For instance, if you need to select an EDI service provider for your country's market, check which providers are used by your company in other countries. Also, check if your company already has a supplier in connected areas, such as E-invoicing or B2G E-reporting. It's possible such a company might also provide EDI services. Scaling an existing service supplier to another country or connected area might be beneficial in terms of costs, time, and effort. A complex contract proposal, reuse of connections, and higher trust at the beginning of communication can be quite helpful.

In other areas of logistics, business and technical specialists can adapt requirements to capabilities. In EDI, there is less flexibility in terms of requirements.
