Ese siempre va a ser el paso inicial, primero con lápiz y papel hacer todas las anotaciones, si te equivocaste lo borras, corriges, vuelves a empezar hasta que quede como tú lo quieres y válida realmente si es lo que se necesita para avanzar, que tenga objetivos claros, medibles,alcanzables, fechas de medición, toda la especificación correcta. Con eso, empezar será más fácil y menos tedioso.

Quando estavamos com restri??es de realizar treinamentos presenciais e com a capacidade de participantes reduzida, inovei criando um método de esta??es de treinamentos. Para um determinado tema a ser treinado, esse tema foi dividido em esta??es com conteúdos programaticos, instrutores, materiais de apoio e tempos pré-definidos. As esta??es poderiam ter no maximo 15 minutos e os participantes iri?o para a outra esta??o para continuar a sua forma??o. Foi um experiência incrivel pois no momento em que os participantes caminhavam entre as esta??es era o momento de fixar conteúdo e criar um momento de relaxamento e descanso para preparar paraoutra esta??o.

When designing a workshop, I do a few things to keep it as flexible as possible. (1) I incorporate opportunities for learners to choose how they would like to demonstrate their learning. (2) I always plan much more content than I think I will need. (3) If the workshop is part of a series, I always add on an extra "blank" one at the end in case a previous one is cancelled. (4) If the workshop is in person, I have a plan for what to do if it needs to be virtual - and vice versa. (5) I frequently "read the room" - through observation, formative assessment, etc. - to determine if the pacing is appropriate.

Estar preparado para possiveis cenarios diferentes do que estamos acostumados. Durante um treinamento várias coisas podem dar errado, como por exemplo o multimedia, o microfone, imprevistos. E a forma como vc dribla esses imprevistos faz a diferen?a e te torna especialista. Por isso, alem de planejar todo o treinamento é necessário planejar tb planos Bs.

Uma vez conduzi um evento on-line onde recebia convidados e no final os participantes poderiam fazer perguntas. Chegando no momento das perguntas, nenhum participando tinha questionamentos. Ent?o, eu mesma comecei a fazer perguntas e, a partir disso, os participantes come?aram a interagir. A dica é: anote pontos/ideias que possam agregar para o evento. Assim, em caso de silêncios, falta de intera??es, dentre outras situa??es, você terá pontos para ajudar a desenvolver o evento.

Pensar más allá de lo que puede pasar siempre ayudará a ver más opciones y tener posibles estrategias o soluciones en algunas situaciones, no es posible controlar todo, pero tener mapeado algunos escenarios ayudará a minimizar los posibles riesgos que se puedan dar en las actividades.

Un élément que j'utilise et qui fonctionne bien c'est demander de choisir 2 actions, mais pas plus, et voir comment les mettre en place. évidemment à la session suivante je vois avec eux les facilités et les difficultés rencontrées. Les participants apprécient beaucoup, cela leur permet de rendre concrets et réalistes les points vus à la session précédente.

Sentir a temperatura do público é crucial para a sequência e finaliza??o da apresenta??o e consequentemente uma boa absor??o.

When working training teams across 4 different time zones flexibility with scheduling and offering options was key for our employees. Instead of one session, we had a schedule of classes that offered employees options to fit in what worked best in their schedule. If that's not an option for your team, try using a recorded session at a later day/time followed up with a live Q&A for employees who missed the first one. Make sure all schedules include the time for each time zone you're working in too- we had fewer people miss learning sessions when we added this information to each scheduled event.
