Being a lifelong learner and being fully present are my simplest answers! And that is not only by the traditional ways of keeping oneself updated like: reading the latest researches, articles, books, attending conferences, seminars etc, and at the same time noticing, observing, reflecting, learning from the "hands-on" work with teams - being fully present to what emerges together with them. The best learning for me is being fully present and serving at best the team I am working with. That presence comes as well from a background of having done a lot of skills trainings and experience, having also a plethora of tools in the pocket that can be used at any time.

I, personally, find conferences very helpful but only if it's the right industry, the right conference style (reasons for setting up conferences include networking, education and learning, showcasing research or products, collaboration and idea exchange, lead generation, targeting potential clients or customers, building brand awareness, establishing industry authority, direct sales opportunities, gathering market insights etc). Also, you need to prepare for the conference as you won't be able to do everything and need to pick and choose, connect with the right people and research the background of the speakers whom you are going to trust to learn from.
