How do you find your passion? Some people are lucky and find it at school, most of us fall into it, and some find it within service towards a greater goal and purpose. A huge consideration here is that there is no exact formula in finding your passion, many of us stumble into it. So with that in mind, if there is a formula, it might along the lines of constantly trying new things, pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and constantly reflecting upon what you found value in and the. Iterating to maximise that value.

I love YouTube, internets answer to a free university. The best way I’ve found to take advantage of this, is to curate your own algorithm. 1. Like videos that add value to you. 2. Subscribe to accounts that teach you. 3. Create playlists of videos that can help you acquire a new skill (I have found LLM’s amazing for this! You can literally ask an LLM (that has access to the internet) to create a series of 5. Ideas that teach you about ‘x’) I highly recommend giving this a go.

Or one of the best ways is to connect with 10-20 people who you admire in your industry and reach out to them on LinkedIn. Try and setup at least one Zoom call with a LinkedIn connection per week or per month or whatever you have time for. You’ll find value in every single one and you never know what it may lead too. ??
