They are the visble, the tangible, and in my experience the least valuable unless businesses also; ~ Adopt an Agile mindset ~ Enable the right environment ~ Have strong top-down support in place It's the environment and mindset that drive value in an Agile setting. Without a culture that embraces change, fosters collaboration, and encourages continuous improvement from the top down, even the most well-implemented methodologies will fall short. Therefore, I would be concerned if my promotion focus was methodology commitment, and instead I suggest focusing on cultivating the right mindset, enabling these methodologies to deliver real impact.
