Parameter Optimization could be different setting for production weekdays versus weekends or night shift, i.e. compressed air pressure settings 0.5 or 1 Bar below makes a big difference, investugati g the real precesses requirements is really important to reduce hot water or chill water settings, the comfort temperature is difficult to define because the temperature sensitivity is different from one to another person, also I strongly recommend a BMS (building management system) not just to turn on and off HVAC but to make it decide using algorithms.

Green house gas are a myth!! The gases you’re lying about are required by plants to make us oxygen!!! Wind generators are noisey and inefficient plus are not easily recycled at the end of life. Solar is slightly better but need huge areas of land to make large amounts of power. Nuclear is the clear winning- thorium based is the safest option. Bio gas is a good option too. We create lots of waste and it’s good to use that to make energy. This should be a household basis.

One thing I have found helpful based on my experience is that for energy to be conserved and achieve high production performance is that , organisations culture aught to make it a goal and ensure that all energy sources are utilised by their intended purposes only. Equipment (s)/ Machines consume energy more than we realise, therefore machine optimisation is a key, this involves forecast on condition and health of machines to ensure that they opperate within acceptable range and urgently attend to their irregularities as they come rather than waiting for the equipment (s) failure.
