No two employees are the same. What is important is to treat everyone the same when it comes to recognition. Something that works consistently well is celebrating big and small wins. Give clear, consistent feedback to all team members. Recognize and celebrate their achievements together. If you do this with all team members, no one will feel left out. It wont feel like there are favorites in the team. You may tweak your feedback based on employee's style but this allows equal treatment across the team
