On the basis of of my education and experiences if we provide roles responsibilities recognition and resources together then they reengage themselves. Pls arrange accordingly.

We just had a basic First Aid training that removes the dear of unknown . Next we prepare ourselves for a Mental health first aid training session. This is done every year and the opportunity to get in-depth training is always an option for those willing. Weekly meeting to see what needs attention and what can be done is great way to encourage growth.

The one who chose the profession as Teacher is passionate in teaching. There are a lot of excellent teachers working for job delights more than money. If they are disengaged, then it's mainly because of less freedom to teach and enhance students' community due to administrative reasons. A true teacher will feel the success by seeing their pupil's success and they are playing a vital role in it. If they are restricted to make decisions to reach the students, obviously they will be demotivated and they won't engage themselves much. Empowering them might help to make them perform more vigorously and that will help the betterment of the students community. Empower the right teachers to create a knowledgeable society.
I always say that you can "Only give what you have" . Like on a flight they ask you to help yourself first before you help others in case of turbulence. This analogy helps our teachers to help themselves.

One thing I feel that definitely helps is creating opportunities where teachers can have fun together. Open communication.. share experiences ... Laugh about your challenges and ask for support in working them out becomes a much cherished meeting .
