First and far most important. The liability of safety liaises upon the principal employer and main contractor. The safety plan must be executed as per the Safety SOP based on BOCW rules of a particular state and Safety SOP of respective airport authority as well. If rules are not formed by the respective State then follow the guidelines as per the Central BOCW rules of 1998. Thanks

The above is a useful checklist of the ideal way to approach this but don't forget, "A One Size Fits All" approach rarely works in simple, sensible workplace health and safety. Be prepared to adapt and be flexible and - on occasions - go against the norms. In my opinion, continously evaluating the results of your actions should be high in your list. Is what you are doing actually 'fit for purpose' and improving health and safety?
