Anytime I am looking to create any degree of human behaviour change, in myself or a team member, 2 things have to be covered off. 1) An awareness of what needs to change 2.A clear idea as to what the cost is to the individual to stay the same or a potential reward with making a change. Without these two things, there is zero foundation for long lasting behavioural change, presented virtually, face to face or in the written word (not that you would use only the written word ever in a session like this... but you get my point.)
