En Espa?a lo primero es consultar el convenio colectivo de aplicación por si dispone algo al respecto. Luego hay que tener en cuenta que si la posible sanción deriva de una denuncia de posible acoso, durante el proceso de diligencias hay que respetar lo establecido en el protocolo de acoso. En caso de decidir sancionar hay que consultar el régimen sancionador establecido en convenio y respetar la tipificación de las faltas Por último, hay que mantener la confidencialidad y es fundamental la comunicación adecuada con el trabajador sancionado, explicándole los hechos por los que se sanciona y las consecuencias de la sanción

Recording the interview: it is essential to get NDA's signed of employees who have backend access to the encrypted files. 2. Following up on mental health: several employees may not feel comfortable in using a company appointed counsellor, hence having a ready reference list of counsellors can help provide employees a safe space. 3. NDAs for additional participants if any. If there any additional stakeholders involved in the enquiry, it is essential to get NDA's signed from them to help maintain confidentiality.
