Unlike the traditional models where the team receives feedback only from the customers, in agile the forum is open to share and exchange feedback across the team and also with the stakeholders. As a servant leader, promote the culture of open communication so that the team feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and opinions. Conduct regular retrospectives to openly discuss challenges and successes. Inculcate the mindset to see feedback as an opportunity to grow and enhance their skills rather than seeing it as criticism. During sprint review, encourage the team to share their ideas and feedback with stakeholders rather than just seeking feedback. Make sure the agile team is flexible to adapt to changes based on the feedback received.

Let me simply explain: when your team has all resources they need to work, when they found a safety and encouraging environment and when they admires their leader... the team will simply reflect all the excellent condition they have to your customers. You treat your team like adults that will say they'll get the job done but at the same time hold them accountable to what they say. There's a tricky balance of waiting until the end of the sprint to review the progress but having a regular look at the Kanban board to make sure things are on track/moving. If they managed to get done what they say they'll get done that's great, if not then ask your team what they can do to improve? More importantly, ask them how you can help them improve?
