Then move towards acquiring real time skills including basics of research writing, referencing styles, data analysis using softwares like SPSS, R , Python etc. Then increasing your networking acumen will continually ensure that you’re engaged.

I think viewing ourselves critically can also help us assess our own gaps and where we can or should improve on for example data analytics or use of AI tools to assist in data progression. It is important as a researcher to commit to life long learning, in order to keep abreast with latest developments and identify research gaps

If you become a student of life and learnings , then there is never a full stop in your learning, your courses , your appetite for new tools and research readings. You would be actually doing it on your own. You would be developing research proposals and experiment with the subjects that you are good in which ever industry it is part of. Tech meets learning and education. Therefore, always know your why of research learnings and whether it is hybrid or is it qualitative or quantitative .

Stay curious and hungry for factual answers with an open-mind to theoretical findings. Remain respectful and appreciative to differences. And lets be confident with sharing our thoughts, with acceptance that there is no shame in being wrong. We learn, reconsider, refine, and revamp again, thats a natural process.
