Impact: Understand each team's goals. High-impact reports (driving revenue, saving costs) go first. Urgency: Consider deadlines and potential consequences of delay. Critical decisions needing immediate data take priority.

I priorotise work on delivery and criticality basis. If there is a work that isn't very critical I'll keep it under my P2 deliverables, if there is something needed urgently, that goes as P0. Then we've multiple tasks/bugs in each category, once you've decided the criticality, focus on ETA. Whichever ones are to be delivered contemporarily has to be taken up immediately, for the rest, I like to break things into smaller sub-tasks for easy ones and try to assess the hard ones first and then break them into smaller tasks, because I know I can pull off n easy level tasks in a fixed span of time. But harder ones/complex ones aren't always straight forward, so assess and breakdown the task. Maintaining an agile priority list works for me.
