The dust settles on the circuit boards and heat sinks, clogs ventilation ducts, collects on fans and gets into their bearings, thus reducing the airflow and increasing the operating temperature of the devices, which can also lead to device failure.

Do not use a vacuum cleaner or shake or tilt the can. Use a soft, lint-free cloth or a microfiber cloth to wipe away any remaining dust or dirt from your components and your case. Reinstall your components and close your case, making sure everything is securely connected and aligned. Plug in your computer and peripherals, turn on your computer, and check if everything is working properly. Monitor your temperatures and fan speeds as well.
