I have been fortunate (if you can say so) to work from both sides of the table in the construction industry - as a construction manager and as an architect. I can be certain that most of the issues on site arise due to a lack of lucid and frequent communication between the design and execution teams. Being two sides of the same coin it becomes essential and indispensable to maintain a healthy channel of conversations between the two.
