How can you organize your networking follow-up?

Unfortunately, I haven't been successful in implementing a database/CRM tool for tracking my contacts. However, I have used LinkedIn as an intermediary solution. I will often send a note to a new connection I met at an event before connecting and have a short back-and-forth about our interaction - this acts as my event notes with that person. Additionally, when I accept a new connection request from someone I haven't met before, I always try to have a chat via the LinkedIn DM feature to understand who they are and why we are connecting. This helps me when I need to refer to the history I have with the individual. For now, this process is working for me as it is simple and does not use a new tool. It also helps me jog my memory!

Por exemplo, com o inner circle: priorizo mensagens com regularidade semanal; para a power 50, foco em novidades e solicita??es de feedback todos os meses. para a 100 list estabele?o liga??o a cada 6 meses. Implementar um sistema facilitou o rastreamento dessas intera??es, assegurando que nenhum contacto fica sem acompanhamento.

If you want categorize your contacts , take the potential contacts . your top 20 percent customers give you 80 percent of the business . Not all your contacts not your customers . So, USP is important . Set some categories for choosing your contacts to spend your time wisely .

As your relationships change, go over & update your contact categories on a regular basis.

I prefer using a human touch with this and have a part-time PA that calls them and will build rapport with them and get additional information to her that they may not give me. If I book they may assume that I am going in for the sale and be more guarded

Put a time on your ACTUAL digital calendar. Either schedule the exact time or if you don't want it messing with your day Put "FOLLOW UP" at 4am and then in the notes for that appointment add the people you're following up with that day!

One of the most effective ways I love to maintain contact and update with people who are important to me - I just make contact at that moment!!! When they come to mind. I call it - immediate triggers for making contact. Who comes to mind? Who is looking at that moment for - an apartment / job / business opportunity Who can I consult with about a new business idea / video editing/communities People are not used to being listened to, let alone doing follow-ups on things that will help them. Surely you have had many scenarios in your head to talk with X, but you continued with your day and forgot about it. Just make contact, at that moment! (Or write yourself a reminder, and send it later)
