Antes de empezar a modelar es clave configurar el proyecto correctamente, esto nos va a ahorrar problemas futuros. Te recomiendo abrir el archivo en la plantilla correcta (Por ejemplo si vas a modelar arquitectura en la plantilla Arquitectónica seria lo correcto), una vez abierto configuraria las unidades en metros. Te recomiendo crear niveles y rejillas ANTES de empezar a modelar para tener un modelo preciso y ordenado

Revit Allows auto-updated schedules, revision numbers on sheets, sheet grouping, coordination etc. And all of them if given time to make preset, can boost productivity at unimaginable levels. It maybe cumbersome in beginning but later, it's worth all.

Além de tudo já mencionado no artigo é importante e ajuda mioto o uso de plugins como o Onbox App, Room Finishing, pyRevit e tantos outros disponíveis no merdado, afim otimizar no processo de modelagem e documenta??o.

Te recomiendo modelar cada elemento en un subproyecto distinto, por ejemplo modelar muros en subproyecto muros, esto nos va a permitir trabajar de forma más ordenada y precisa, nos va a permitir apagar elementos cuando no necesitemos verlos. Te recomiendo crear el modelo 3D en distintas fases, lo existente en su fase, lo nuevo en otra y los elementos de demolición en su correspondiente fase, nos va a ordenar las etapas de construcción. Te recomiendo que antes de empezar a modelar revises las restricciones, esto nos va a permitir que si modificamos alturas estos elementos se adapten a su nivel correspondiente. En mi experiencia es clave modelar por etapas comenzando desde las fundaciones hasta las losas imitando el proceso constructivo.

You could also try some real-time 3D rendering with V-Ray for Revit. Again, the results will depend on the quality of your 3D resources.

Revit nos permite crear todo tipo de visualizaciones, podemos crear desde un anteproyecto hasta planos constructivos detallados para llevar a la obra. Podemos utilizar imagenes como renders donde vamos a poder poner detalles de materiales, simular las sombras reales y ver desde un nivel peatonal nuestro modelo 3D. Podemos crear distintos recorridos para verificar los espacios de nuestro modelo 3D. Revit es una gran herramienta y podemos crear desde renders hasta planos municipales sabiendo utilizar las configuraciones de visibilidad.
