As an experienced offshore ndt inspector in my point of view at production we has to go with proper design and quality standards as per product requirement in order to prevent any hazards or failure. After on Inservice we has to go for periodic inspection to know the product condition, by based on condition we can make a decision whether it can withstand in its present circumstances or not.
