For most readers, they are not building out a mobile network, but an actual end user. This still needs a level of management to ensure an efficient and effective experience. Enterprise organizations are using mobile devices like smart phones, tablets, wearables and the internet of things more and more. This requires the need for six elements. 1- user helpdesk, staging, kitting and shipping, device management, device end of life processing, MDM( secure the device) and the critical wireless expense management.
