Abrir un espacio para compartir y ESCUCHAR al equipo es fundamental. Una cosa es que se acepte la posibilidad de equivocarse otra muy distinta que se ignore como si no hubiera sucedido. Claramente habrá culpas, frustraciones, egos lastimados que hay que tratar con el mismo cuidado del fracaso mismo para abrazar la situación, comprenderla, identificar los aprendizajes y crear un ambiente propicio de confianza y respeto para hacer más fácil el recomenzar

Recognise that the project has come to an end. Draw a line under it. Ensure that everyone appreciates that, as a team, there is no benefit to be gained by apportioning blame. The focus now is on lessons to be learned and how to do better next time. Always be looking ahead

Es ist wichtig, die Arbeit und den Einsatz des Team wertzusch?tzen, auch wenn das Projekt nicht so gut lief. Letztlich geh?ren Fehler zu einem Lern- und Optimierungsprozess dazu. Dafür braucht es eine offene Atmosph?re, die es erlaubt, dass alle Teammitglieder ohne Angst ihre Gedanken und Meinungen teilen k?nnen.

Crear la dinámica de comentar en forma positiva de la misma forma como se analiza el error, lo que no salio bien, lo que falto... No es benéfico para ningún equipo ver como "normal" lo que si funciona, lo que se se logro, los hitos alcanzados, lo que si salio bien con el argumento de que eso era lo "esperado"

Identificar las necesidades de desarrollo del equipo resulta importante en caso tal que el fracaso haya sido a causa de una falla técnica. Compartir conocimiento y experiencia con el equipo también resulta beneficioso y algo adicional es promover la construcción y transferencia de conocimiento entre los miembros del equipo porque siempre habrá quien sea más experto que los demás en algún tema

Failures often carry valuable lessons. Consider them as opportunities for learning lessons. Therefore, convey to your team that this setback isn't a failure but an opportunity to correct a miscalculation in our initial assessment. It's crucial to rectify this error, therefore, we have to recalculate, set the goal and new direction, and move forward. As a manager, while you may be aware of the responsible party, refrain from assigning blame to avoid discouraging bold decision-making in the future. This open discussion, exercise of identifying the error collectively and making decision for the new direction and goal setting will keep your team engaged and the morale will not disintegrate.
